These terms set the ground rules for using Offscript fairly and safely.

Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it.
The service
Offscript provides prompts, timers, speech transcription, and personal speaking feedback. Features may evolve, and availability can occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or events outside our control. The service is educational practice, not professional, medical, legal, financial, or factual advice.
Your account and content
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. You retain ownership of notes and content you submit. You give us a limited permission to store, process, and transmit that content only to operate and improve the service.
AI-generated topics
AI output may be inaccurate, repetitive, biased, or unsuitable. Review it before relying on it, and do not submit secrets or sensitive personal information. We may apply quotas, rate limits, and safety controls to protect users and control service costs.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, scrape it at scale, interfere with other users, upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, resell access without permission, or use generated content to cause harm. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew for the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices, taxes, included usage, and renewal terms will be shown before payment. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access active through the paid period. Our Refund Policy applies alongside any non-waivable consumer rights.
Ownership
The service, interface, software, and original brand materials belong to Skyrocketing Tech or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer our intellectual property.
Responsibility and disputes
We provide the service with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for loss caused by misuse, third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Ghanaian law governs these terms, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction unless mandatory local law gives you another forum.
